Built in the dirt

Hard Work. Togetherness. Swagger.

The Valley Dirtbags, Inc. are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit fielding youth travel baseball teams across the Shenandoah Valley. We teach kids to work hard, play the game right, fight through adverstiy, and leave every field a little dirtier than they found it.

The Dirtbags name isn't about being clean. It's about being the kid who slides headfirst, backs up every throw, and picks up a teammate's glove without being asked. It's about earning everything.

As a nonprofit, we keep travel ball within reach for Shenandoah Valley families — competitive competition, real coaching, and a clubhouse culture where every kid belongs, on and off the field.
